WARRANTY POLICY 

FAULTY PRODUCT WARRANTY
etoner.com.au provides a 90 day replacement warranty on all consumables. To make a claim all products must be returned within 90 days from purchase date.
The replacement warranty applies to faulty products. Cartridges that have been used will be repaired and returned.
Cartridges that are proven to be faulty on installation will be replaced by a genuine product.
When making a claim the purchaser must follow the following procedure:
1. 
1. Complete the Return Authorisation Request and forward to info@etoner.com.au by email or fax to 02 9560 7800
2. etoner.com.au will email you with a Return Authority Reference number
3.3. Supply a sample of the faulty print page
4.4. Ship faulty product/s back to etoner.com.au with RAR number clearly stated on the outside of the package, including a copy of the Return Authorisation Request form.

The purchaser is responsible for original and return shipping charges.
etoner.com.au will cover shipping costs for the replaced product/s back to the customer
Warranty is not applicable if:

1.1. The cartridge is more then 80% used.
2.2. The cartridge has been tampered with
3.3. The cartridge code is different to the cartridge purchased
4.4. The cartridge has been stored in hot or humid conditions or has had lengthy exposure to light
5.5.The cartridge has been dropped or inserted by force

WRONG PRODUCT PURCHASE

etoner.com.au will replace a wrongly purchased product/s under the following conditions:

1.1. Complete the Return Authorisation Request and forward to info@etoner.com.au by email
or fax to 02 9560 7800 within 48 hours of purchase
2. etoner.com.au will email the customer a Return Authority Reference number
3.The cartridge must be returned unopened in it’s original packaging stating the RAR number
on the outside of the package, including a copy of the Return Authorisation Request form
4. The cartridge must be a standard etoner.com.au purchase item
5. The cartridge is returned within 7 days of purchase
etoner.com.au is not responsible for any shipping costs relating to the replacement of wrongly purchased products.
A $10.00 restocking fee will apply to all wrongly purchased products returned.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

The following procedure must be followed in order to make a claim for goods damaged in transit:
1. 
1. Mark consignment note as Damaged Goods prior to signing for receipt of goods
2.2. Complete the Return Authorisation Request and tick Damaged Goods box and email to info@etoner.com.au or fax to 02 9560 7800 within 48 hours of receipt
3.3. Keep the goods until etoner.com.au emails you the Return Authority Reference number
4.4. The product/s must be returned unopened in the received condition with the Return Authority Reference number stated on the outside of the packaging
5. etoner.com.au will cover all shipping costs for goods damaged in transit
6.etoner.com.au will not be liable for any goods returned if the original packaging has been opened or if the damage occurs outside the 48 hour reporting period
